We know that a quick turnaround is important, and are pleased that we can often be on site within a week and have the materials back to you the next day. This keeps your vendors happy and allows you to upload everything on to your portals quickly.
For us, customer service is highly important, and we pride ourselves on that fact that we are very friendly and careful when moving around in people’s houses. We do our best to ensure the minimum disruption to their day and house, and regularly get great feedback from the vendors we visit.

Walkthrough Video
Steady-cam walk through of the property, edited and 1-2 minutes in length.

Consultation, planning, preparation & setup. Qualified and Insured Drone Pilot.
360 Virtual Tour Photos
Google StreetView Trusted Photographer, large interactive panoramic photos which can include “hotspots” for features. Includes hosting online for easy embed or link to your website.
Feature Video
Lifestyle type promo video, approx. 1.5 – 2 mins in length, showcasing features of the property and set to music. If required voiceover can be added from script.
Inventory / Schedule Of Condition
Detailed description of all the property’s fixtures and fittings, including photographs and close-ups of any damage.
